What's easy to miss is that when demand outgrew the original menu, the answer wasn't a second independent restaurant opening down the sand. It was Aoi Sushi By Hacienda Blu, a sister concept operating under the same ownership on the same stretch of beach, with its own separate listing and its own five-star average. One operator absorbed the growth rather than a wave of new kitchens competing for the same tables. Take the free shuttle north to Nacascolo when the mood calls for calmer, five-star water and a change of shoreline.
