Casa Siete Cielos sits high in Pacifico Heights above Playas del Coco, with an open view over the Bay of Coco and the Gulf of Papagayo. Most evenings the sun sets straight across the water, and the house is laid out so you see it from the pool, and the terraces. Life here happens outside. An infinity-edge pool with a shallow sun shelf runs the length of the main terrace, alongside covered lounges with ceiling fans, a sunken lounge and an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, sink and beverage fridge under a timber-ceilinged pavilion. Lawn and tropical gardens wrap the house, with a stone path around the slope. Five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The main suite opens to its own terrace over the bay, with a freestanding tub and a stone-walled rain shower. A bunk room sleeps a family, two bedrooms share a bath, and the upper-level bedroom opens onto the rooftop terrace and its sunset lounge. The home stands on 4,002 m2 of land, about one acre, which is rare this close to town and gives the gardens and pool real room. Gated drive, covered parking, air conditioning and alarm system. Playas del Coco beach, restaurants and shops are about seven minutes away, Liberia International Airport about thirty. Sold furnished and currently operating as a professionally managed vacation rental. Rental history available to qualified buyers on request.
