Villa de La Roca is a Titled Beachfront home just steps from the Golden Sand Beach of Playa Grande, and Playa Ventana just to the north. Villa de La Roca is a very private home consisting of four bedrooms and 3.5 baths in the main house, with an additional guest home off the back. It is located on the northern end of the beach which allows for perfect and open views spilling out onto the beach and ocean. Further, this home is ideally located in front of one of the best surf breaks on the beach. Literally just steps away from world-class surf and again one of the nicest beaches in all of Costa Rica known for its beautiful golden sand, nature, surf, park area and more.

As it is located on the northern part of the beach just around the point you will find the sister beach of Playa Grande... Playa Ventana. As you enter the property you’ll find the guesthouse on the left-hand side. Between the guest house and main home is the beautiful pool area which is surrounded by tropical vegetation and definitely large enough to enjoy hours on the end between beach walks or surf sessions.

The main house offers two apartment-style studios on the first level. As you walk up a grand staircase to the second level you will instantly be blessed with amazing views to the Pacific Ocean. The second level to the house offers a private loft, along with the master bedroom, one full bath, the kitchen area, a family room and a huge wraparound terrace. This terrace is absolutely amazing and offers stunning views over the beach and the Pacific Ocean.

Villa De La Roca is a true gem in this stunning and pristine beach area called Playa Grande. Lastly it is here will you find the beautiful Las Baulas National Park.
